Shipment Management SaaS Platform

  • Replaced manual iMile booking and spreadsheet invoicing for ~50 shippers, scaling to daily peak volumes of 2,000 and 3,000 shipments per market.
  • Automated cost-plus billing engine, PDF invoice generation, and COD settlement tracking, removing manual invoicing entirely.
  • Created bulk upload supporting 500 shipments/batch, webhook status tracking, and waybill printing.

WePay - Expense Sharing Application

PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express, React Native, Expo

  • Eliminated manual expense tracking for groups by delivering a full-stack expense-sharing platform: designed 8-entity relational schema, and implemented 16 stored procedures automating balance updates and settlement calculations.
  • Cut development iteration time by building a clean RESTful API in Node.js/Express that the React Native (Expo) frontend consumed directly, enabling simultaneous frontend and backend development across the team.

Pacman AI

Python, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Evolutionary Algorithms

  • Built autonomous Pacman controllers using PSO and Evolutionary Algorithms, outperforming rule-based baselines by applying population-based optimization in decision-making.

Shipment Management SaaS

  • Identified core operational pain point for ~50 clients of manually managing iMile shipments and invoices; designed and shipped a SaaS to automate the full workflow from booking to settlement.
  • Designed per-client pricing, admin approval flows, and a financial dashboard; platform handles peak volumes of 2,000 and 3,000 shipments in UAE & KSA.

Sabse Sasta - E-commerce Platform

Sprint Master / Product Owner

React Native + Expo, Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, Supabase, TypeScript | 3-App Monorepo

  • Kept a 3-app product (web, mobile, backend) on track across sprints by maintaining the JIRA backlog, running sprint ceremonies, and resolving cross-team blockers; team shipped all planned features within timeline.
  • Broke down dual-portal requirements (customers + vendor approval pipeline) into actionable tickets; personally led Expo mobile development for the customer app.

WePay - Expense Sharing Application

  • Identified 3 critical gaps in Splitwise, Splid, and TriCount through competitive analysis; shaped the product design around removing paywalls, missing real payments, and balance inaccuracies.
