  • Automated cost-plus billing engine (margin fee + fulfillment fee + VAT/GST) generating a 5-6 AED margin per shipment across all clients, replacing error-prone manual invoices with automated PDF generation and COD settlement tracking.
  • Created bulk upload supporting 500 shipments/batch, iMile API integration for real-time booking and webhook-based status tracking.

WePay - Expense Sharing Application

PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express, React Native, Expo

  • Eliminated manual expense tracking for groups by delivering a full-stack expense-sharing platform: designed 8-entity relational schema, and implemented 16 stored procedures automating balance updates and settlement calculations.
  • Cut development iteration time by building a clean RESTful API in Node.js/Express that the React Native (Expo) frontend consumed directly, enabling simultaneous frontend and backend development across the team.

Pacman AI

Python, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Evolutionary Algorithms

  • Achieved autonomous agent behaviour in Pacman using PSO and Evolutionary Algorithms, outperforming rule-based baselines by applying population-based optimization to real-time game decision-making.

  • Identified core operational pain point for ~20 UAE shippers: manual iMile booking and handcrafted spreadsheet invoices generating consistent human error; designed and shipped a SaaS to automate the full workflow from booking to settlement.
  • Platform live and projected to grow monthly shipments from 12k to 15k (25% increase) for the operator; generates a 5-6 AED margin per shipment through configurable per-client pricing with admin-controlled rates, taxes, and approval workflows.

  • Identified 3 critical gaps in Splitwise, Splid, and TriCount (feature paywalls, no real payment layer, balance inaccuracies from unsettled transactions) and shaped the product design around eliminating each one.
  • Led database schema design and backend API development; team shipped a complete expense-sharing platform end-to-end within the course timeline.
